To ensure a smooth process, the item should be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all the tags attached. Once the return is processed, a full refund or a replacement will be issued promptly. This policy applies to nearly all of our items, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us. 2. Cancellations We understand that plans can change. That's why we allow you to cancel your order within 1 days of placing it, provided the order hasn’t already been processed or shipped. In cases where the order has already been shipped, you have the option to reject the package upon delivery, and we will process a refund once the item is returned. If you need to cancel an order before it’s shipped, simply contact us, and we’ll make sure it is handled smoothly. 3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. Manufacturer Warranty For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, we assist you in addressing any issues related to the warranty directly with the manufacturer. While we do not handle warranty claims ourselves, we are happy to guide you through the process and support you as much as we can. However, please note that warranty-related claims are handled separately and do not qualify for refunds or replacements from TOOMESJEANS. 5. Refund Process Refunds are processed efficiently to ensure that your money is returned to you promptly. Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality check to ensure it is in perfect condition. If the product passes the quality check, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Rest assured, we ensure the process is smooth, timely, and transparent. 6.
